When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you type in: your name, company, email address, country, the kind of customer you are, your excavator details and your message. We also record the page the inquiry came from and the date and time.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not send newsletters or marketing emails unless you clearly ask for them.
Only our sales and management staff. We use an email delivery service to send inquiry notifications to our own sales mailbox. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Inquiries are stored on our web server hosted in Singapore and in our company mailbox. Connections to this website are encrypted (HTTPS).
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our business records, normally no longer than 3 years after our last contact. Server logs are deleted after 90 days.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email sales@secbucket.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We comply with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010. If you are in Canada, the United States, the European Union or elsewhere, you have the rights given to you by the privacy laws of your country, and you may exercise them by contacting us at the address above.
